Practicalities: 

Attendance to the forum is open to participants from across the world, such as governmental & diplomatic officials, academics, researchers, civil society practitioners, private sector representatives, journalists and young professionals, as well as doctoral students.

Participation in the forum is open. Participants who do not have an invitation can register between 12 October - 31 October 2020.
