Practicalities: 
Attendance to the forum is open to participants from across the world,such as governmental & diplomatic officials, academics, researchers, civil society practitioners, private sector representatives, journalists and young professionals, as well as doctoral students.

Participation in the forum is open. Participants who do not have an invitation can register between 25 February - 1 April 2019. Only registered participants will be accepted to the forum. To register, please follow the registration link.

Forum Services - free use of organisational facilities, including Wifi connection, Meeting Rooms, Press & Information Center.

Meetings and networking possible upon coffee breaks on 11.04.2019 and 12.04.2019, as well as lunches on 11.04.2019 and 12.04.2019 and the networking dinner on 11.04.2019.

Certificate of Attendance – Upon request, participants will be granted a Certificate of attendance

Venue:
All participants are responsible for booking and bearing expenses, both for traveling as well as for accommodation, with the exception of those who will receive a specific invitation from organizers stating the coverage of partial or total costs. We recommend that you book your flight and accommodation immediately after your registration is accepted and confirmed by the organizers.

Traveling to, from and around Galati:
- Please be aware that transportation to the airport or train station from and to the venue is not provided. We kindly ask the participants of the Forum to organise their travel itineraries individually.
- The organizers will provide transport for pickup from/to the Bucharest international airport for invited guests only.
